Common Questions

Is this a retainer?

It is a standing engagement with an agreed scope and rhythm. The point is the counterpart, not the hours: earlier, smaller decisions instead of the twice-a-year crisis call.

Who participates from our side?

The decision-maker, plus whoever owns execution of the current roadmap. A small room, senior people.

How does it start?

Usually after a sprint or a full cycle, once we know the business. Sometimes directly — when the question is narrow and the decision is near.

What does it replace?

The outside advisor you call in a crisis. It is cheaper to decide early.
