Home·Approach

Strategy is engineered, not improvised.

Our method, in full: what happens in each phase, what it takes from you, what you receive — and what happens when reality disagrees with the plan. Written down so you can hold us to it.

01

The Method

Phase I · Weeks 1–2

Diagnose

Leadership interviews, the numbers, market and competitor evidence. We map how the business actually operates — not how the org chart says it does. No frameworks until the facts are on the table.

From you: access to the numbers, honest conversations. Output: a written situation assessment.

Phase II · Weeks 3–4

Frame options

Two to four genuine alternatives, modeled side by side: economics, risk, execution load, fit with what the team can actually do. Including the option of doing nothing.

From you: two or three working sessions. Output: an option matrix with a recommended direction.

Phase III · Week 5

Decide together

A structured decision session with the owner and the leadership team. Objections surfaced, trade-offs named, one direction chosen — defensible without us in the room.

From you: the decision-maker, in the room. Output: a decision memo — the choice, the logic, and what would make us revisit it.

Phase IV · Weeks 6–12

Implement

A 12-month roadmap with owners, resources and checkpoints. Weekly working contact; when reality argues, we replan — openly, not quietly.

From you: follow-through. Output: roadmap, KPI system and a review cadence that outlives the engagement.

When Assumptions Turn Out to Be Wrong

When assumptions turn out to be wrong.

Every strategy rests on assumptions. We treat them as first-class citizens: written down, owned, and equipped with revisit triggers — the signals that tell you the ground has moved.

When one trips, we don’t defend the old plan; we replan. A memo that cannot say what would change its mind is not a strategy.

  • 01Assumptions on recordEvery model lists what it takes as given. If it is not written, it is not managed.
  • 02Revisit triggersEach recommendation carries the signals that would make us revisit it.
  • 03Open replanningWhen reality argues, the plan changes — visibly, with reasons.
  • 04No sunk-cost logicA plan is not defended because we presented it. That is the test.
03

Decision Support

Decisions don’t stop when the project ends.

Strategy fails quietly, in the months after the deck, when conditions change and nobody replans. Decision Support is our standing advisory model: a senior strategic counterpart on a cycle — not on call in a panic.

How Decision Support works →

01QuestionA real decision, on the table.
02EvidenceData assembled and cross-checked.
03AlternativesGenuine options, compared honestly.
04DecisionMade, documented, owned.
05ActionResources move; KPIs change.
06ReviewWhat changed? Replan if needed.

Engagement Formats

Three ways to work with us.

Not every situation needs a full cycle. Choose the format that matches the decision in front of you.

  • AStrategy Sprint · 3 weeksA focused diagnostic for one specific question: enter or not, buy or build, invest or wait. Ends with a clear, written recommendation.
  • BFull Cycle · 8–12 weeksThe complete method, from diagnosis through an implemented roadmap. For decisions that reshape the next 12–36 months.
  • CEmbedded Advisory · ongoingA standing senior counterpart for the owner: monthly reviews, on-call decisions, quarterly replanning.

Common Questions

Do you only work with companies that have an AI agenda?

No. The AI layer is how we work, not what we sell. Most engagements are classic strategy questions — growth, market entry, investment readiness — where our infrastructure simply lets us move faster and dig deeper.

Can you work alongside our existing team and advisors?

Yes, and we usually do. We complement in-house finance, marketing and legal resources rather than replacing them. Where a specialist is missing, we say so — and help you source one.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to the numbers, a handful of honest conversations, and one decision-maker empowered to choose a direction. We handle the structure, the analysis and the pace.

What if the diagnosis shows the best option is not to proceed?

Then that’s the recommendation. "Do nothing, here’s why" is a legitimate outcome — we’ve delivered it before, and it has saved clients more than any growth plan.

Have a decision in front of you? Start with a sprint.

Three weeks, one question, one written recommendation.
