Small on purpose, senior by default, accelerated by its own infrastructure. Who we are, what we believe — and what we refuse to be.
Atlas Strategy Group is an independent strategic advisory firm. No agency network behind us, no reselling of third-party services, no referral commissions. If we recommend a specialist, it is because they fit — not because we get a cut.
We work with entrepreneurial small and mid-sized businesses: companies big enough that strategy matters, small enough that one bad year hurts. Most of our clients operate across borders — and come to us precisely because we understand what it means to run a business that doesn’t fit one jurisdiction.
The practice is deliberately small. A limited number of engagements, run by senior people, supported by the firm’s own analytical infrastructure. Senior professionals stay directly involved in every engagement.
Atlas Strategy Group builds on the accumulated international project record of In-Con, the group’s consulting practice: more than fifteen years of advisory work across multiple markets and more than twenty industries.
A strategy has done its job when the decision is made and understood; when resources have stopped flowing to the things you are no longer doing; when the team can defend the direction without us in the room; and when everyone knows what would make you change course.
Everything else — the documents, the models, the workshops — is scaffolding. Useful, temporary, and never the point.
A strategy you can’t explain to your team is a deck, not a strategy.
We are not an institute and not a body shop. A handful of senior people, our own research infrastructure, and a deliberately short client list. Here is what that looks like in practice.

Deliverables exist to change decisions and actions. If a document wouldn’t change either, it doesn’t get written.
None
We scale judgment, not headcount. The practice stays small on purpose, and we turn down work that would dilute it.

We build AI systems professionally and still recommend against them regularly. Knowing where technology doesn’t pay back is half the value.

You're paying for judgment, and judgment includes disagreement. When we think a plan is wrong, we say so — before it's implemented, not after it fails.
Vadim founded Atlas Strategy Group and leads its strategy practice: the firm’s method, its engagement standards and its technology-enabled operating model.
His work sits where strategic judgment meets a modern evidence base. He is responsible for the firm’s analytical infrastructure — the research systems, document intelligence and multi-model analysis that give Atlas senior advisors the depth of a much larger practice — and for the discipline that every conclusion is owned by a person, not a model.
He works directly with a limited number of clients and takes personal responsibility for every recommendation the firm delivers.
It usually is exactly the kind our clients wanted.
